My weight is going up and down, but stable at basically 69kg. And it's amazing how much easier it is for me to eat healthier over weekends, because I have the time to log my food here at FS. And then I make conscience better choices, to get my ratios right. Last week I just did not have the time and for about 3 days I also let go and went carb and sweet crazy!! But feeling sooo much better when I eat healthier!!! Not getting around to as much exercise as I would like to. But thank goodness that nothing's chasing me :-) Health first.
OH!! And I discovered banting bread!!! I don't see myself going into banting ever - like High GI fruits too much ;-) But the bread!!! Oh wow!!!! Guilt free bread with a slice of cheese!!! Loving it like it's the next best thing!!!
