The carbs were a little high today, but most of them were Isagenix. Had the hydrate while playing tennis, and a couple ionix for the day. I had a small taste of some cakes while over at Tammy's tonight. Not really even a whole piece but few bites. Not recorded on the carbs. It was some pound cake from costco's that she had, and there were three kinds, so I broke off a couple bites of each. Also, had the chinese tea, and that added some carbs. It is supposed to help if you feel like you may be getting sick. With all the crazy weather changes out here, I am a little congested, and scratchy throat, so I had a couple of the teas. I recorded one, but the one I had a 2 or 3 am, I did not record.
