Still at 165. Last week I ate almonds and items like cheese that i did not log. i did not loose so I am going to log everything, drink 8 + glasses of water a day and stay w/in 80 - 90 Carbs, and no chocolate, lots of mints or crackers - which are the things I cheat with.
