It took me quite a while to get started this year (and I've not progressed much but I haven't regressed!). What helped me most was to log absolutely everything that passed my lips, honestly and after weighing it. That was quite an eye opener for where I was going wrong and gave me some pointers on what to do to lose weight. It was also March so with the lighter evenings and warmer lunchtimes, I was better able to exercise outside with a half hour walk here and there. Maybe give that a go and see where it takes you?
