OMG! I cannot believe my own eyes! I made it to ONEDERLAND! I've lost 103 pounds in a little over a year! 😍 I was unsure about this weigh-in with Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving 2 (Black Friday - hot chocolate, caving in to leftovers) and school stress, but it all worked out!

Amberlaine you Rock! You are an inspiration to me! How the circle comes around and goes around. I can't tell you how many people without acknowledge took action for themselves when they saw I had had some success. Just think about what you are doing for all the people you touch.. You are totally awesome! An inspiration for everyone who is looking at the scales and contemplating the long journey ahead. 90 percent gain it back. I am sorry to inform you the easy part is now over. Gotta stay away from carbs and sugars for life. Minimize animal fats. No oil or butter. Drink all the diet sodas you want. That is still healthier than being 100 lbs overweight.
