Over Christmas, I just didn't weigh in, or log my food. Thought I did try my very best to keep the meals good and the snacking non existent. I didn't eat a cookie, or slice of cake / pie. I didn't have egg nog, I had lots of Diet Swiss Miss. I went walking on the beach again yesterday, and the day before. Though on Wed. we brought my Christmas present, a metal detector (I know, I am decades ahead of my time!). And I had a little Christamas surprise, first TOM in about 5 months. So anyway, I am down 2.6 and I am thrilled!
