HI Glenn, that many cals is not bad for a guy..you will burn that off just doing very little..LOL...Good luck on the twitter thing..I am sure it will help you out bunches...enjoy your quiet week end...:O) 

Yes Bren - I counted everything and it came to that too long to write in here four or five times a day. Today I am having pizza at work close to MN so I will not eat supper at home. I have things like apples around - and I figure if I can average around 1700 calories a day I will start to lose. The acupuncture is helping tremendously, I go back on Tuesday. Today, cleaning and ripping CD's again and maybe more laundry and doing the book, I found out information I did not know that I need to add to the book. I was on Twitter before but next time I will stay on it, I need some people at least to know I have a book or books out there, the more the better... 

Oh Glenn, that is wonderful news that the acupuncture is helping..I know it will make things easier with out the constant pain...Catch you later buddy...:O) 

Yes, publicity is everything. My son is an actor and the self promoting is like a full time job. 

Bren - I am not in chronic pain, I got off one pain pill and decreased the other one a bit. Buffy - yes, your son needs to get on Facebook, Google Plus (I'm not on there yet but it is a new social networking site). And he needs to get on Twitter too. The more people who know who someone is the better. Have a good afternoon. I used to live in Los Angeles and some of my friends were actors and had some success - but a lot of it is luck - he needs to always be in acting classes, etc. unless he's working full-time, which has become more difficult as two soaps who hired maybe sixty people full time just went off. It is likely next fall another one will go at the least. There are a lot of cable shows now... 

If it is published, I'd planned to send the info about your historical novel to my nephew, a history major. Unfortunately, I am not the studious one in the family.  

It's OK Buffy - researching is much easier now with the Internet. I may have used five or six books for the first four books, and the Internet gave me so much information I did not know about on Wikipedia, etc.
