Well I seem to be hanging on to the 5 pounds I slapped on right after Xmas eve dinner. Have to admit my macros have not been on point all week with all the leftovers and the basket full of goodies I got for Xmas... and of course the wine and beer have pushed the overall calorie count way up. Interesting fact that my Skulpt still tells me that my body fat is around 10%, and my scale (8 point hand and foot bioimpedance) says only 5% (Bioimpedance is notoriously optimistic so I am probably still around 8 or 9 like my last Dexa said) so I have to assume a lot of that five pounds must be water (wish I could believe it was muscle instead!). 😁
