Looks like I am headed in the wrong direction today. I think it is partly that I didn't get my water in yesterday since I know I followed my eating plan.

I have a plan for tonight too. I'll go celebrate New Years but I've already spoken in advance to the restaurant and I'll only be having soup and salad for the festivities. Joining in the fun without joining in the fat! I did it for Christmas. I can do it one more time. And then, thankfully, the holidays are over.

Take care on the roads tonight. Don't drink and drive! Happy New Years to all.
