Journal de Motivated, 16 janv. 10

1/16/10 Spent week working out--eliptical trainer and beginning upper body weights. Did not spend the week eating well. Added a yogurt for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch which I haven enjoyed immensely since these are not allowed on atkins. My break will end soon--Jan 31 or earlier if I decide. I'll get there--just need to walk away from the carbs again....
