I wasn't good over the holidays with my diet, and the damage definitely shows. I feel crappy, and I'm thinking I need to drink a lot of water to flush out the crap. I'm thinking I need to cut out overly processed foods, and throw those kinds of things out with the trash.

It's time for a trip to the grocery store!

I'm thinking I will get:

-broccoli florets
-plum tomatoes
-carrots
-eggs (or egg beaters)
-chicken broth, low sodium
-miso paste

I already have?

Boring, huh? It's so hard to cook for just one and keep it interesting! :(

i used to think the same way as you: "it's so hard to cook for just one and keep it interesting". but look it that way: you can cook whatever you want. you can choose new things, recipes, and you have nobody who says "i don't like that" or "that is too much vegetables on the plate" or "i want some fries. why don't you ever cook fries?" so it's all up to you...stay motivated and look up some recipes. there is a lot of interesting stuff to cook. just use your imagination :)
