day 2 and im feel positive !

i made extra for last nights dinner so im having this for lunch today - i find this is the easiest way for me as having lunch prepared is vital for me staying away from the works canteen or vending machine !

This is a GREAT way to handle lunch. I have done this at pretty much every single work day for the last 15 months. It takes away all the calculating of calories (just a little adjustment instead), all guessing is GONE, and it's good food. Everyone at work are jealous because I always bring a killer lunch! You're doing it just right! Well done.
