I seem to have stagnated a little so it's time to shake things up a bit. I am challenging myself to take in a whopping 4000 calories today, tomorrow, and Sunday. Hoping this will rev up my metabolism for a 3 week mini cut I will start on Monday. I will be dropping down to about 2800 and will re-evaluate at the end of each week. I will also be dialing back the intensity of my lifts during this time as a "deload".
