Been sick all weekend and didn't record any of my food for Sunday, but I'm back on track today. Still no weight loss even though I've been very careful about portion control and caloric intake for the past 2 weeks. This is definitely due to not excercising. The weather is finally warming up and I'm feeling much better now than last week, so perhaps a walk this afternoon is in order!
