Memorial Day weekend.. ugh. I didn't really go crazy, but the foods were certainly not on the plan. I didn't really gain, but I didn't lose either. I'm not posting weight for a couple of days until my body adjusts again since salt and lack of fluids this weekend has made a difference in how I feel. I'm staying in Phase 3 but I'm starting back on day 1 and getting back on the exercise train. I hope everyone had a good weekend and didn't feel guilty about anything. Enjoy your short weeks!
