So, tomorrow is weigh day. Not sure what to expect. Have had a rough couple of days. Still have a lot of nasal congestion, making it difficult to do anything but mouth breathe. That being said, I still made myself workout today. The first twenty minutes was tough, but I managed to find my groove. Fifty-five minutes with Jillian. Circuit training and sculpting. My arms are shot.
If I haven't lost some weight, I'm gonna have to take a look at what I'm eating. I've always looked at the final number of calories not so much the how they got there. Just a general 50/30/20 (carbs, fat, protein). According to my diary and fitbit, I've been working on a deficit of about 600-700 calories each day. If I haven't lost some, I will probably look to cut back on calories to 1500 instead of 1700. My RDI is something like 2200.
