I'm feeling much better today. Yesterday I expressed in my journal all my pent up feelings about the stressful holiday season, moronic men, ungrateful family, jealous women and my own stupidity for eating like a banshee. Today is a new day and I will start my attitude over. First thing I did was to plan my menu out on FS. I intend to follow it to the "t". I will go shopping in the morning since today I do not have a big choice of "friendly" items. Thinking about getting some shrimp/fish and some lamb for this week to go with salad and steamed veggies. And,I can't forget my eggs,eggs,eggs. What is on the menu for you this week?
