Break up with sugar, eat good fat, and the hunger pains will stop. I highly recommend The Obesity Cod by Dr Jason Fung. It debunks a lot of things we've been taught over the years. :-)

Check out dietdoctor.com. I have not been hungry between meals since I started his program a week ago.

Check out dietdoctor.com. I've been following his low carb high fat program for over a week and hardly ever get hungry. For breakfast I just have a cup of bullet proof coffee and that kept me satiated for a good 6-7 hours.

I agree Maeday42. Didn't get a chance to eat until dinner today and I wasn't starving. Sugar is as bad as crack; it gives you the shakes until you get another fix!

There are three great ways to keep hunger at bay. The first is to eat protein at breakfast like plain nonfat Greek yogurt with a cup of berries (around 200 calories, 20 grams protein). Eggs are also a great choice for breakfast. The second is to eat raw vegetables at every meal, even breakfast. Raw vegetables are low in calories, fill you up, and take time to digest. The third way is to make sure you are getting enough water. The human body will mistake thirst for hunger even if you aren't really hungry. I hope any of this helps.

All great suggestions: high fat, moderate protein and low, low carbs in the form of raw or green vegetables. - and plenty of no carb liquids. It's pretty simple, really. The fat keeps you sated, the no carbs alleviates the bingey urges. Good luck; every day is a new opportunity to observe and tweak!
