My unofficial weight this morning is 104.7kg.

I had a naughty weekend of eating 7 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing, 2 x doughnuts and some gluten free spongecake(made with coconut flour).

Overall it wasn't that bad but I expected the scale to be over 105kg.

I also tried adding the chia seeds to my oats and it made the oats kinda fluffy so I added some Peanut Butter and shredded coconut to it as well. Definitely something I'm going to do more often.

I ran out of green tea so I had it on my shopping list this weekend. The chinese shops and spice shops sell a Chinese Green tea which is usually about R10 to R15 a box of 20 teabags. But it has a sort of chemical taste to them when I purchased it previously and now the chinese shop was selling them for R9.99 for 2 boxes of them! I decided not to buy them although they were so cheap. I popped into our local Checkers Hyper and saw that they have the Five Roses Green Tea for R20 for a box of 20 but I always look at prices and saw they also had a box of it that had 102 tea bags. The price for the 102 teabag box was R37! That was such a huge saving! It works out to just 36 cents per tea bag compared to R1 per teabag if I bought the box of 20 :)
