LCHF, amazing. I think that it is the first time I have seen those letters here, apart from when I type them :) It works, because that is how we are designed. It can't NOT work in fact, and the 1 or 2 that told me it didn't, were actually not even CLOSE to being LCHF, and when I adjusted their intake, surprise, it worked! Shock horror! Running is for the birds. Don't do it! Walking and resistance training, and a bit of HIT is all you need. Keep up the good LCHF fight, and see if you can convince even ONE person here that eating a lettuce leaf and running on a treadmill is the OPPOSITE of what you should be doing to get healthy.

Some people know LCHF by other terms like keto or Banting (after Dr Banting in South Africa). I see a lot of people trying the LCHF style, where they even monitor their keto state with ketone breath monitors so that they can see that the carbs are low enough to remain in ketosis. Not everyone admits it here, because it is often criticised for not being "clean" food (whatever that is).

Healthy fat.....it really is alien as we were all told how bad fat is.....go figure carbs are the killer.
