Hello friends.
I can see the difference weighing ( or not) every day makes. New bathroom is just awaiting flooring, excited about my first shower in 10 days, as my kids had to keep pulling me out of the bath
Had some family issues, but things are less frantic now. I actually lost 7lbs due to stress and not eating but things are steadier now
Still trying to do physio, but having the weekend off, as I fell on Friday and sprained both ankles and my knee
But being back on fs is so good, can see all the support from fs friends and feeling really positive
Going to occupational health on 8th about returning to work , yay. So aiming for 175 by then or physio review on 14th
Off to enjoy a lovely warm shower now and gonna keep moving as much as I can and log everything
Have a good day friends xx

Why do you keep falling over, Poppy? Do you need a walking aid, perhaps? I have a friend who has the same problem and badly twisted her knee last August. It's still not completely better. Take care, buddy!

Thanks doobrie
I have a condition that makes my joints sublax i.e. Move out of place/ dislocate. Often my hip gives way or my ankles roll outwards so I lose my balance and fall
I have walking sticks but they're hard to use as they tire my hands ( I have poor grip) and then lead to hand tremors which affect me cooking/driving/dressing etc
So it's all a bit of a balancing act, if you expose the pun
Hopefully when o get my core strength a bit better from physio it will help my balance
And maybe I can be more active and burn off a few calories xx
