I'm beginning my Detox Smoothie plan today. After being on a 3 week workout hiatus (due to visiting family for the holidays), I'm hoping to workout today. Not sure how good it is to workout right after a big smoothie, but it's all about trial and error, right?

**Today's Smoothie:
1 1/4 c. Pineapple Juice
Spinach (handful)
1/4 tsp. Ginger, grated
juice from 1/4 of a lemon
Ice Cubes
Water (just a little to thin it out)

**Today's Workout:

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred (managed to do at least 95% of it. Need
light weights. Tried to use 10lb. kettlebell with it, but it was
difficult.)
Single-Arm Overhead Press (10lb. kb): 3 sets of 10
