Full circle day! I started last Sat and its Sat again :)
I was going to sleep in and walk later but my 7 month old puppy had other plans at 5am. So after letting her out and feeding her and then seeing the forcast (humid and hot here today) I donned my sneaks and took out for my walk. I FEEL GREAT!!!!! The walk was wonderful and I found myself not as winded during pts of the walk (hills) where I usually am.

Down another lb and sipping on my HLW right now.
