Well, another Halloween and I stayed out of the candy dish. That's two Halloween's in a row and not a bite of candy. I even managed to get 30 minutes of aerobics in this morning. Ate a Subway salad for dinner and I'm full. I found a salad dressing that is "Calorie free, carbohydrate free, sugar free, fat free, gluton free" and believe it or not, still has a good taste! It's called Walden Farms and I get it at a Publix store. There's several different varieties.
I've been doing a version of the Atkins for over a year now. I don't really count carbs. I just don't eat the ones that are real obvious. Anyone else out there doing that? I try and eat lots of vegetables and some fruit. I do eat meat, though. I'd actually like to limit the amount, but haven't been too successful at it. My husband is a meat-eater and loves to grill every night.
