Didn't fall below my minimum calories and it seemed to have worked. We'll see. South Beach doesn't seem to be all that it is cracked up to be. Perhaps because I already eat pretty well to begin with? Not sure. Very tough without being able to exercise, but hopefully that will change within a week.
