Happy Tuesday Everyone! I had hard time falling to sleep last night, so no gym this morning for me! I'm going to the gym tonight to go swimming.. I'm hoping for like 50 laps in hour (its 25 yr pool) . I use to be a swimmer in high school, I use to be so tone and lean. I want that back! How does everyone else balance life & exerice or diet? It seems like there is always enough hours in the day for me.
