Five days left until February. The next 5 days I challenge myself to do MY BEST. I am reminding myself and keeping focused on my goal. It would be so cool to have had one full month of consecutive day's in which I wrote everything down that I ate, and exercised. So far I may have lost 7 pounds for the month so I want to see what I can pull off for the month total! I am here sitting at the computer sorting things out in my head as to exactly what I should be doing and "Just Do IT". I feel better now. sipping on the cold water while preparing the dinner in which I can have some of tomorrow during lunch. I am going to take a nice warm bath and soak my aching back. TOWANDA!
