Alright. I realize, after reviewing my diet calendar, that I have perhaps been consuming an unfortunate amount of alcohol in the past couple of weeks; however, aside from a couple of days here and there, I have successfully remained under my RDI of calories. The consequence of this inappropriate drinking, RDI aside, is that I have gained a strange amount of weight over a short period of time. Additionally, I am unable to remove the added pounds. This is unusual for me. Adding to this strangeness is that I have increased the duration and intensity of my exercise but with little result. Why the sudden increase in weight? Why the inability to remove it? I suppose that I should be focussing on consuming food with more nutritional value. That is the only answer that I can find to explain these personal rarities. Perhaps I am missing something greater? I have been feeling "out of sorts" as of late -and no, not pregnant. My body has actually been extremely uncomfortable. Should this be a concern? Any ideas?
