I'm home sick today. Not feeling well; Doc put me on anti-biotics, so I'll have to start rebuilding the gut biome. It's pretty quiet at home, which is nice for recuperation, but it does help me appreciate my crazy job (teaching Horticulture to youthful offenders). My weight is down a bit, but I'll wait to record it.
