Little more than a pound!! Yippee!!!
I was definitely nervous after my little donut binge yesterday, but besides that bad morning, I was good the rest of the day. I can't decide if I was kind of hoping for no loss to teach myself to stay on track, or if I'm showing myself that I as long as I make good choices most of the time, I have a little wiggle room. Like the 80/20 rule, maybe? I should probably stick closer to a 90/10 rule though.
Got up early and ran my "Saturday errands". Hit the cash machine for cash for the week, stopped for gas, mailed a package and got a haircut. Now I'm off to the grocery store.
