I've been weighing in right after my runs before breakfast or hydrating. Today I weighed myself before breakfast but with no run and I still lost a pound. If I had run it would have been an extra pound in water weight. I should be below 200 lbs soon!! Already my clothes fit much better and my gut doesn't stick out like it did.
