I just finished reading the entire Atkins book and I have to say that I understand why this diet works a lot better now.
And even though I've been on induction for two weeks, I think that I'm going to stay on for another two weeks.
The 20 carbs a day isn't a hardship for me at all - actually getting those 20 carbs in is where my issue has been.
I'm not craving sugar really. The only time that I did I knew immediately that it was hormonal so that wasn't a very big deal at all.
Except for the fact that I'm currently getting sick, I've felt really good through out this two weeks.

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled w/ celery/ g.pepper / sausage / onion and pepperjack cheese
2.82 net carbs

3 sugar free peppermint patties but those are gone now.

Lunch:
1 cups of romaine lettuce
1 hamburger patty
1 tbsp of dressing
2.54 net carbs

Dinner:
cheese soup with chicken
5.79

I read the Atkins book again recently and I think everyone should read it, even if they don't plan on doing Atkins. It is very informative.

I've read my Atkin's book so many times that it's falling apart, LOL... Seems like every time I read it, I pick up on a little something that I missed the last time!! It's a very infomative book to read, I must agree w/ you on that sararay!
