Journal de Mana, 07 nov. 07

Ok this is so weird! I woke up this morning and my first thought was I will write down every single thing that I eat and it's points. I also thought I will follow all the WW rules exactly the way that I should and work out.

I have 29 points daily-
This is what I had so far:

{Breakfast}
~Pop Tarts= 4pts
~1/2 cup milk= 1pt
___________________
~Total- 5pts

{Exercise}
~Walked- 2 miles


{Lunch}
~Smartones= 4pts
~Water= 0pts
~1 slice FF Angel Food Cake= 3pts
~w/ FF Cool Whip= 1pt
______________________________
~Total- 8pts

I have 16pts left for the day. For Dinner I plan on having another Smartones and some fruit cocktail. That will should total 9pts and maybe a little snack...weight watchers, of course!

Yes, I also went to the gym today and walked 2 miles! I felt so good after I did that:) I was super excited!

I feel alot better today, I plan on doing everything exactly how it should be done, plus working out and see what the scale has in store for me at my next weigh in! So we'll wait and see:)

I noticed on your food intake you have poptarts- so did you have both in the pack or just one, b/c they are 4 points for 1 poptart. Sounds like you are really getting focused that's great, writing it all down really helps to stay in line.

I just had one, I know I wrote everything down before I had it today and it seems to be helping.
