Day 10 of "The 30 Day Shred" complete. Had to really push myself though. Might be because I didn't sleep well last night. 1y.o woke up twice, and 4 year old woke up twice...so needless to say, I had to wake up too. I then had trouble going back to sleep after each of those times, so that didn't help either.

Single Arm Over Head Press (10lb. kb): 3 sets of 15
Standing Oblique Twists (10lb. kb): 1 or 2 sets of 10

As for the "10 Day Green Smoothie Challenge"....I just don't know if it's something I'll be able to do. I have failed each day that I tried to drink ONLY smoothies. It's hard to smell the food that you're cooking for your family and NOT eat any of it during or after it's done cooking. Gah! I might try this at a later date, but for now, maybe I'll just work it into my diet plan. It IS a good way to get more veggies and fruits in.
