I am exhausted today. I walked the mile really briskly. TWO blisters on my feet now. My big toe on the right foot and on the left pinky toe.

I can't explain it, but I feel kinda low and down. I'm not even sure why.

I feel discouraged I guess. I have been doing this a couple of weeks now. I really thought the scale would have moved more =/. BUT when I look in the mirror I do see an improvement. But I guess we shall see. Below is my lunch pic.

I am not giving up or giving in.
