Too damn old to worry about my slimness. I had a kidney cancer operation, spinal fusion surgery and umbilical hernia surgery since my last entry, and life ideals and goals have massively changed.
Except for the cancer (well, I was a radiation worker for 8 years - that may have contributed), my injuries are work related, meaning I have to finally take it easy at 54. Cool!
