Okay!! First day of the weight loss, get in shape challenge to myself! I am not thinking about this as a diet, as I never do well with diets, but rather challenging myself to eat better and exercise more. Well, exercising 3-4 times per week is way better than what things have been for me this last year. I want to feel better by my 49th birthday(in one month), so hoping to lose those first few pounds and inches will certainly help!! My chanllenge to myselft is to lose 8 lbs by March 3rd, my 49th birthday!! I am going to take baby steps towards this, as I always set my goals too high and possibly out of reach, so failing everytime set me into more weight gain and less exercise. I am going to attack this differently. My daughter is my buddy and has done extremely well, in fact, awesome!!! SHe looks so wonderful that it is inspiring me to get on this better lifestyle plan for myself. Now, I hope to encourage my husband!!
