I forgot how cool this site was. I like the changes in the app, and the folks in the same or similar boat as I am.
I turned my partner onto the site and she loves the easy way it works. She is a good cook and FREAKED over all the healthy recipes offered. Even if the weight comes off slowly, intake monitoring and mindful healthiness has helped us a lot.
I feel 100% (great doctors, thank the Lord and God Bless America) and pain free. Just waiting on the OK to race around on my Trek bicycle; then the weight FLIES off!
