Well, maybe I found the reason the scale hasn't been moving like I want it to. I have been eating pork rinds with vinegar and salt. I see that they have maltodextrose in in them....STARCH= SUGAR!!!!=/


I just threw an unopened bag in the trash!!!!

So I feel like I am starting from square one =/

My lunch today was my small salad some cauliflower soup and 4 cheese crackers
