Now 4lb of the 6lb holiday weight gone, but only 1/3lb of fat, the rest being basically water. It's going to get harder now! However today is intended to be a 'fast' day on my 5:2 plan. I have to put 'fast' in quotes, because I'm still going to consume about 750 calories today. I've done 5:2 before, and what usually happens is a good drop the day after, but half of it is water, which goes back on again the day after that. The other half seems to stay off, though, assuming I eat reasonably, so that's fine!
