That moment when... your cabin fever is so severe (because you've been cooped up sick and working long hours for 10 days) that you slather on some body glide, strap on your running belt and a mismatched hat and set out to conquer W1D1 of your running plan in the last moments of daylight, regardless of rather or not you can breathe and...crush it!

Oh and Sunday kicks off my company's big step challenge that lasts 100 days. I'm heading up a team with some buddies and my boss! I'm going to be extra vigilant with eating during that time and find out exactly what I'm capable of.
