PISSED. Did not sit still all weekend.Very active. Walked over 10 miles and worked in the yard g=for hours and hours did not eat perfectly, but nothing off the wall either. I often don't chart on weekends as I am pretty busy.
up 1 pound. Need to increase and vary my exercise, but I am a tad frustrated right now.
