...So I've decided that I do not like the gym bicycle (whatever its called)....It's just so hard and I swear my legs were literally threatening to come of....BUT...I'm impressed with myself! I kept going on it even when I wanted to stop although I will probably not use it again! I'll stick to the treadmill and elliptical coz I endure longer on them and they burn a lot of calories in just a short space of time! Does anybody know how I can lose belly fat? I'm getting tired of it :/
