Up a teeny bit this week, by .6 lbs. I'll count that as a "stayed the same"! I made Weight Watcher's Enchilada casserole this week, which was good, but I think the calories were too low. I shouldn't rely on other people's calorie counts, I have found many are incorrect-usually too low.
