Traveling for work - lazy with eating - days do not have routine schedules and being on the go makes it difficult to make good choices.


I have made many many bad choices the last two days. Being out of the country makes it more difficult to find caloric information for foods consumed.

The days have been a bit less sedentary due to non-desk work.

Think of that feeling when you go to bed knowing u did ur best... And wake up tommorow with the goal to feel that way tommorow night ; ) U CAN do good its YOUR body no one can tell you what to put in it but you. Not trying to get too jillian michaels on you here lol.. but happened to see your journal on top of my list. Hope I helped ; )
