Aaaahhhh!!! Just killed my carb count for the day. Had a lunch meeting with a bunch of bankers and my order was messed up. Instead of a salad, I ended up with a sandwich from Panera. It was good, too! I did stop myself from eating the whole sandwich and didn't even touch the chips and cookie that came with it.
