Ate well for the front end of yesterday knowing that a big dinner was in the works. Once I recorded that last meal...WOW!!Big time calories, but it is what it is
However I also walked close to ten miles in work and non work exercise.
I am not going all fanatical this time around. Im 51, have a demanding job and busy family life..and I will do the best that I can without making myself and those around me miserable.
