Doing well, speaking of the Philippines I really enjoyed my eighteen months there. It was like a piece of American paradise dropped into this poor country where the base was located. I did write a short story - that is fairly long - that is fictional about the bases there and traveling around as so little has been said what it was really like over there. It will eventually be in my short story book hopefully. Anyway, the diet is going OK, earlier when I woke up I did a weigh-in and I had a small loss so I'm weighing in today instead of tomorrow. :)

:) I hope it's the start of a trend. I haven't been able to exercise. Next Monday I get a Cortisone shot and hope it doesn't make any difference. No one is looking forward to spring more than me. The light snowfall last night was beautiful when I took the dog outside but my body just can't take the cold...

Good luck with the shot. I don't know anything about cortisone...so not sure if that will have any effect or not. Like yourself, my body does not respond well to cold weather or rainy season. Makes my bones ache. Let's hope for an early spring.:)
