get a lot more exercise than I record in my exercise Journal Im a working manager so its a big mix of desk work (sometimes a lot) a lot of walking and a couple days of consistent lifting...gotta show the young bucks what's happening after all!I walk probably a couple of miles a day (minimum) in the course of my duties and for exercise around 15-20 miles a week. Will be incorporating some weights and jogging soon enough. thanks all
