ugh i didn't want to post an up number after a downday...i'm starting to feel as tho this diet plan isn't working as well for me....i'm hungry on my DD's which i wasn't at first so i'm finding the DD's extremely hard to stay at 20%...i do more like 30% and i'm not losing as i was...which in turn makes me have guilt which in turn makes me say f it and eat more! my ud's are not so bad but i'm still not losing so i'm sure they are too high and now i feel as if i'm obsessing over every little bite....UGH!
